Break up with negatively thinking about lupus. You can't change what it is, so you should just live as positively through it as you can. Be mindful of how your thoughts and the way you speak about your lupus can have an affect on your day and how you handle the issues lupus can bring.
The stress of negatively speaking and thinking about lupus can cause everlasting flares. Sometimes what we are going through is because we allow the negative and worry to creep in and push us down even more than the lupus already has. ~LupusInColor~
