No Guilt... Let It Go

Chronic Pain is frustrating, especially when you get to things you can't do.  The guilt eats you alive, so you try anyway then suffer the consequences. The guilt then becomes worse than the pain and the cycle begins and continues over and over again.

Don't allow yourself to feel guilty when you can't do and if you push through, don't allow yourself to feel guilty because you tried.

Guilt is a useless feeling that does nothing but make you feel more ill. The pressure we put on ourselves while having a chronic illness can make that illness worse and through us into a mental frenzy that creates a sicker body.

Stop feeling guilty, adjust your mind to control your body and create a spirit of gratefulness that transcends all guilt.
