Superwoman

It's great to be the superwoman sometimes but, it's even better to know how important  it is to take off your cape a d lay the "S" on the bed to signify sleep. Don't  allow lupus to create an illusion of super human strength when you really should understand that you are only human, capable of not being able to tackle all of the villans that lupus sends.
