Lupus is only as bad as you allow it to affect you. That's not to say that lupus isn't a horrible difficult disease. But, you can't allow lupus to create a fearful and angry you. Change how you deal with lupus in your life, master your reactions to the issues like you have mastered the masks placed daily to hide the realities of lupus!
