We hide what we are in lupus because of the ugliness it can bring in our lives.On the surface we are appealing to the eye and seem to be the epitome of health, when inside our body fights the battle of the day. It's hard to relinquish your self to allow others to see what battle you fight while living with lupus. Sometimes it's just going to be out there and that's okay. People need to see the realities of lupus. Don't feel bad when that happens. We all need a helping hand and can't present the "I'm Fine!" attitude all of the time.
