Did I take My Pills

That crazy moment when you are taking so many pills that you forget what you took when you took it or if you took it at all. So you don't take any to be safe and you realize the next day that you never took any at all yesterday because they are still in the pill box that you checked to see if you took it and didn't see them. And you realize oh snap....you were looking in an old pill box. Lupus Fog at it's best.
