Have you hugged yourself and told yourself how proud you are of you? If not take a moment to do that. Look in the mirror and tell yourself how happy you are in the journey of your life. Yes lupus is difficult and you have difficult times. But, life is still amazing an you are worthy to show that love to yourself. Don't allow lupus to remove your self love. You are STILL AMAZING!!!
