Screaming, "I WANT MY LIFE BACK!" will not bring an old life that wasn't meant to be back. You can only live from this moment and adjust and create a new you in spite of what you face every day. Don't allow Lupus to make you scream for what's old and gone. Scream back and tell lupus you won't stand for it snatching any more of who you really are anymore. Create a new you and start with how you scream at lupus and the attitude you have about it.
