Never underestimate the pain of another person because honestly, everybody hurts; some people just hide it better than others.. Too often too many people try to compare having lupus and discount the pain that comes with. Don't let others minimize what you are going through, it just makes your pain worse. Understand your pain is valid and is relevant. Don't allow anyone to ever pull you down with their ignorance! #LupusInColor
