It is a traumatic experience to be diagnosed with Lupus. It's not a death sentence so don't make it one. You can still live and love. Look, life is too short to worry about getting out alive. I haven't met one person that won that final race.
Just take having lupus one second at a time and don't worry about the end result because that worry will make it all worse to handle. ~Lupus In Color~
